Nepal Association of the Blind (NAB) follows a hierarchical structure ensuring effective leadership and decision-making. The organizational structure includes the following key positions:

1. General Assembly: The highest decision-making body.

2. Executive Board: Responsible for governance and strategic oversight:

3. Advisory Committee: Provides guidance and expert opinions.
